Development and Project Management Services

From the beginning, our team will assist in the initial needs-determination process by establishing your project objectives, undertaking and project appraisal. The entire process will be meticulously documented in a project plan which will define the job and provide us with a baseline for project measurement and control. This includes Site acquisition, Site planning assessment, Market research, Demographic assessment, Advice and negotiation with financial institutions, Project review and appraisal, Technical due diligence, Project finance assessment and structure, Feasibility studies, Procurement strategies, Programming, Project team management, Design team management, Risk management, Contractual negotiation and Project supervision.

Construction Management Services

Once the project plan has been approved, we then coordinate and manage tasks and team of contractors through the entire construction process. Using our quality assurance process, we ensure every aspect of the job is completed effectively, on schedule, and according to the required codes. This includes Schedule and budget evaluations, Value engineering, Constructability reviews, Accuracy checks on cost estimates, Weighing project alternatives, Monitoring and coordinating daily construction activities.

Contract Administration Services

During Contract Administration, the architect has an impartial role that liaises with both parties to the Building Contract, with the goal of the best outcome for both parties. Our architects at CM+A have administered ABIC Contracts for large Health Clinics, Houses, Fit-outs, and GC21 Contracts for schools.

Mobile Office

Collard Maxwell Architects has recently purchased a van, which is currently in the process of being fitted out into a mobile office with the intention of being complete and operational by June. This will prove highly useful for any current and upcoming regional projects.

We are working with local consultants, contractors and suppliers to equip the office to be aesthetically pleasing and operating efficiently. Some intricate details are essential for our architects working on the road, such as the large table and workstation, solar power and Wifi enhancer for the best possible connectivity on the road.
